Community sport runs on volunteers. People who give their time, energy, and passion — not because it pays, but because it matters.

We've been those people. We've chased pre-order spreadsheets. We've watched treasurers front their own money for stock that didn't sell. We've seen great clubs struggle to sell a hoodie because nobody on the committee had the time or skills to set up an online store.

So we built Kitout. Not as a business. As the thing we wished had existed.

The idea is simple: every club — no matter how small, how underfunded, or how volunteer-stretched — should be able to give their members, fans, and supporters a proper place to buy merchandise. Without risk. Without complexity. Without someone skimming the margin.

We charge 1% to cover what it costs to run the platform. That's it. Every dollar above production and shipping goes straight to your club's bank account — not ours.
